Excellent Service for the exchange of an Alger Water Feature from…
We ordered a Alger Water Feature from Primrose, which took several weeks to arrive, due to the supplier of the product having supply issues! After a couple of weeks the LED lights went faulty, but again the supplier was unable to supply a replacement, instead they sent a replacement LED light unit, which wouldn't fit and was also faulty. In the end I ordered another manufacturers Water Feature, from Promrose, which was being offered with 1/3 off, boxed and arranged collection of the Angler unit by Primrose and have just received full credit and a saving of £67.00!
Excellent Service.

Customer service phone difficult to get through
Was so pleased to have found garden furniture but four chairs were scratched. Table had scratch on glass and cushion for footstool had a flaw. Spent last two weeks trying to sort it. Summer will be over by then.

I wish I had shopped about as very DISAPPOINTED WITH MY WATER FEATURE
Hi there,tell you the truth am not really impressed with my budda water feature,,I wish I had shopped about,…I don’t think it’s worth the 300 pound I paid for it,….it looks a lot cheap,,,the pump makes a loud noise after been on for 30mins you can’t hear the water aswell as the pump don’t have loads of power,,as makeing a noise after 30 mins,,I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WATER FEATURE

Change your courier, I won't use anybody who uses DPD.
DPD couriers have just texted me to say they tried to deliver my parcel and I wasn't home. This is not true, I've been in all day.
This is the third time this has happened with a DPD delivery in the last week.
I now won't order from anyone who uses DPD.
I can't review the bird feeder, it hasn't arrived.

Broken Product - No Response
I received a parcel with the terracotta pots completely broken. I have tried calling on numerous occasions but have been put on hold and disconnected on each occasion. I wrote asking for a refund and was asked for photos. I sent the photos straight away and have had no response after chasing ever since. Not the service I had expected and will now never be ordering again.

Terrible
Regrettably I have to give 1 star. My experience was terrible:
1. conflicting information about delivery date
2. poor quality product (galvanised zinc garden pot)
3. the pot opening was smaller than described ie. the dimensions were only listed for the full width but the opening is narrowing meaning my pot wouldn't fit. This should've been made clear.
4. customer service argued the point when I tried to return and wanted me to pay for the return until I mentioned the Trades Descriptions Act.

Interestingly, there's even a Facebook group dedicated to dissatisfied Primrose Garden Centre Customers
I will not use again. Cheap materials and just not worth the trouble.

The plants were delivered in bad…
The plants were delivered in bad condition. I was in all day. When I opened my door the package had just been left on the doorstep in hot Sun. They were also squashed and generally in poor condition. Some were dead.
I think that they were probably fine when packed but the delivery was very disappointing.
